  Incredibly slow. Services one customer at a time after which employee will disappear to back and come back out a few minutes later to get the next customer. Waited 10 min with 2 customers in front of me just for a hot and ready.

  Order three different flavors of pizza for a birthday party and they were a little chilled. Try to order them in advance and it was not an option.

  Will not answer the phone at all. The hot and ready pizzas are anything but hot and fresh. Stay away and get pizza from a company that doesn't suck at their job.

  Slow service. U better call in advance or get a regular hot n ready because you’re gonna wait a long time for anything else. 30min wait on extra most best pizza.

  Great for hot & ready pizza. & if pizza's been sitting too long, they'll make you a new fresh one. Only a 5 to 8 minute wait for a specialty pizza hot & made fresh.
