  All Little Ceasars are NOT created equally. I bypass about two to get to this one. Pizzas are always created properly.

  This location has poor customer service. I wouldn't give it any stars, but I had to in order to write this review. This location needs new management. They need more staff. My most recent patronage at this location went from bad to worse. I placed an order there went shopping at deals for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes and when I came back to pick up my order of a sausage pie and cinnamon bites, I had to wait another 20 minutes. The cashier seemed confused and overwhelmed. He was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. I promised that I wouldn't return, but I went again yesterday because it's location was convienent and because I was on my way to work. I ordered 2 plain pies asked if they supply plates, and cups because they also sell soda, but the cashier said no. I said ok and asked how long will it take for the pies to be ready he said 5 minutes. I said ok and repeated that I wanted 2 plain pies. Left went next door to deals purchased plates, cups and napkins after waiting on a long line, came back to Little Caesar's Pizza to pay and receive the pies that I ordered and the cashier starts to scream at me stating you just left, you didn't pay. I didn't know what you were doing. I said to him I told you I wanted 2 plain pies what didn't you understand about my order. I was so mad that he wasted my time because I paid the parking meter, etc that I just stormed out. I then went to the Little Caesar's Pizza on Utica Ave and Rutland Road. Thank God the Little Caesar's Pizza on Utica and Rutland redeemed Little Caesar's Pizza for me but as far as Easy 98 Street that cashier was rude, nasty and disrespectful. I will never go to 190 East 98 never ever again will I put my feet in that franchise.

  The service is always good just wish the pizza was so called "hot and ready" when I got there other than that all is swell on this side of the tracks

  Every time I go there the staff is friendly, amazing and fast. Better then the Dominos that is right across the street from my home.

  I've always love going to this particular location. The girls that work there are wonderful employees. Always friendly and pleasant. Seriously more companies need young woman like this!! And what tops the service is definitely the prices. You can't beat it!! If youre ever in the neighborhood please take my word and go!!
