  NEVER AGAIN. I have stopped going to this location. The first experience about 6 months ago they over charged me. I had to wait to speak with the manager and she was rude and argued with me and never refunded me, nor offered any way to correct their wrong. The 2nd time, the kids behind the counter were not paying attention and litterally dancing around and laughing and failed to tell me my pizza was ready and put it in the warmer, continued to serve others then blamed me for not hearing them anouncing it was ready, although they did not, I was standing less than 10 feet away watching. I upgraded deciding I'd get bread sticks and a soda and she over charged me again. I had to drive 15min for a refund she assured me I obtained on my card which I did not. I called the store, they told me I'd have to wait to speak with the mngr. I never obtained my refund.Again, NEVER going back.

  I understand being understaffed as I work in the service industry as well, however these workers were rude and unhelpful. I went in to place an order and no one even offered to help me, even with no one in line in front of me. When I went to the counter to order she said she couldn't help me and was working on something on an iPad. I wait 5-10 min and no one asked to take my order so I left.

  Employee answered the phone very quickly and I placed an order easily. Online order was down. Employees were very nice and greeted me when I came in the store! They had Hot N Ready pizzas ready to go! Pizza was great. Very pleasant experience this store stood out. I am always traveling and I get Little Caesars from all over the country.

  Worst service ever! I order by phone 30 minutes early because I know how busy they are, and they manage 2 weeks in a row to not place my order. Service is always iffy, then they make me wait and give me lip when I complain about it. Full price or no pizza! It's all 17 year olds who could care less that your order was screwed up. I asked the second time for a manager or owner and was told the managers don't work on Friday nights. 20 people in line and no manager? Badly run chain won't be getting my money any more. Too many pizza places to put up with sassy 17yr olds.

  Pizza's were fresh, hot and ready. The restaurant was clean and employee's were very friendly. The location was easily accessible. Everything you could want from a fast food service!
