::Never again. I went there for a lunch meeting earlier this week; the food was great. I decided to order lunch today via there website - which I did not know was a third party site - I got there and my order was wrong. They kept trying to give me a shrimp meal that I did not order - I'm allergic. I kept repeating myself and they finally came back with the "right order." My error for not checking the receipt before leaving. When I returned to my office, I opened the container surprised to find that my order was still shrimp. I called and tried to explain. The woman that answered the phone was rude, impatient and down right disrespectful. They refused to issue me a refund ($10.90). They refused to correct the order and have it delivered as a courtesy. I had to call the third party and explain - they told me that I ordered shrimp. GOOD GRIEF. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. If I had not been treated so disrespectful by someone at the restaurant that should WANT to provide customer service, I would have let this go. I will never go to that restaurant again

::It saddens me to write this, because it s my favorite habachi/sushi place. However, the costumer service from one particular woman was awful. The lady who welcomes you and sit you was the nastiest, most rude person i have encountered at a restaurant. First of, i was waiting to be seatedd while looking at the menu, she came behind me said rudely EXCuSE ME. Took the menu from my hands and proceeded to tell my husband to follow her. We sit, she never said anything about the seating arrangement, two minutes later a group of teenages come in and she brings them to the same table where we were seating and proceeds to tell my husband and son "MOVE", "THE TWO OF YOU GOTTA MOVE OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE". I looked at her trying to process he demeanor. We felt disrespected, disregarded, not welcomed. I got up and decide to leave. I asked for the manager, he came over. As i was speaking with him, she came behind me and again rudely in a high voice said "EXCUSE ME". I pointed it out to the manager, he saw first hand how we were being treated. I hope they do something about that, just because we don't look like everyone else in there, doesn't mean we deserve to be treated differently. I am so disappointed, now i refuse to go there and be disrespected even if the food is good.

::This used to be my favorite Japanese place with undoubtedly the best sesame chicken around, but the last 2 times I’ve ordered from there it’s been disgusting. The first time the chicken smelled bad like it was old and the hibachi fried rice was hard and undercooked. My order of chicken today tasted like mint. After the first bad order I called to tell them and they told me I was wrong and nothing was wrong with the chicken. Then after arguing for 10 minutes with the manager he finally gave me a $20 comp on my account, which when I went to use it they didn’t show on their system so I never actually got it. I decided to give them another try today to try to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was 1 bad day and now I will never be ordering from them again. I don’t know what happened to this restaurant but it really went downhill fast.

::Lunch box special is amazing! Chicken Teriyaki is my favorite and at lunch you receive a lot of food beautifully presented on one plate with a salad or soup starter. When you go here for the Hibachi or dinner service the Japanese Soda is a treat for the kids.

::I used to highly recommend this restaurant. The food was always great. Recently though, the food has gone down. As someone who frequents the restaurant often, I let them know that my recent order tasted off. They refunded me the amount and that was fine. I called to order food later in the week and get the same order as last time. The hostess chastised me for ordering the same sushi. Claiming that I had no idea what fish tasted like. She said that she wouldn't credit me if I didn't like it again, despite having that sushi over a dozen times before. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they weren't in today. I worked in a restaurant for years, you always have at least one manager on staff, especially at dinner time. The rudeness continued when I was hung up on twice while trying to cancel my order. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I implore you to not order from there either.
