  Clean, curtious and attentive. Coach Ash and the other members of the gym are some of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting. From head-coach Ash all the way down to the other trainers and coaches; this gym and it's staff offer you the ability to learn martial arts as a hobby, to get in shape, or like me... actively pursue a MMA and fighting career . Since joining Lion Heart, not only have I progressed as a fighter, but as a person as well. Lion Heart MMA has taught me how to set a goal...and through hard work and dedication, see my goal through to the end with absolute success . I not only highly recommend this gym to you but to all my friends and family .

  I love this place. Coach Ash is very intelligent and detail oriented and makes it a very friendly and fun place to be. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and will always make you feel welcome. I highly recommend anyone to join if you want to get in shape and learn self defense.

  Lion Heart MMA is home. I call it the Lions Den! I joined Lion Heart back in August, and honestly it was the best decision of my life. Coach Ash and all the grinders in the room always make you feel welcomed and well at home. If you are seeking extra happiness in your life or some sort of change then I encourage you to join the pack here at Lion Heart MMA. Osu!

  This place feels like a second home. Clean, Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Coach Ash is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Top notch classes and a great workout if you are trying to get in shape!!

  Lionheart is a great place to train and get in shape. My kids have been training here for almost 2 years and its amazing to see what great shape they are both in. There is also a big improvement in their behavior as well as discipline. Coach is fantastic and anyone would be lucky to train here. A really big family here. Awesome gym!!
