  I received a counterfeit flokati rug. It’s made of synthetic yarns, not sheepskin wool. I have authentic flokati pillows and the difference is huge. These people are criminals. The shipping return address in Eden, North Carolina looks fake too because it’s almost the same street address as mine. I paid $159 for a rug that’s worth maybe $40.

  Allure Bar Stool Red 30 55814KRED-01KD Eight small screws are provided by which to secure the four rungs to the lower area of the four bar stool legs. The problem is there are no pre-drilled pilot holes in the bar stool legs to accept these screws. Consequently, eight screws must be forced to carve their way into the hardwood legs causing the screws to break in two. This breakage takes time and effort to remove or bypass the broken screws. Obviously attention to detail is missing in the manufacturing of this product. Disappointing!

  If only I could give it less than one star, I would. I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. I purchased their Linon Home Decor Cynthia Storage Bench via Amazon in March 2015, and when we started putting it together we quickly realized that three of the pieces were broken and unusable. I called the company and they said it would take 8-12 weeks for replacement parts. So I said OK and waited. And waited. And waited. Three months later I called back and was told that the parts weren't in yet, and they had no idea when they would be in, and I would just have to wait and see. Another three months go by. I call Amazon to tell them I want to return it, and of course it's five months out of the return window. After I explain the situation, the Amazon rep says they'll accept the return. Amazingly, before I can find a box and return it, the replacement parts arrive. SEVEN MONTHS after I ordered them. And guess what? One of the new pieces had a chip in it. A dowel that was attached to one of the pieces was broken, we had to glue it back together. Another piece was clearly stained with a piece of tape on it, when we took the tape off there was no stain underneath so now there's a bare spot. And the back piece screw holes weren't lined up properly, it was extremely difficult to properly fit it together. At this point I'm not going to bother taking it apart and sending it back, we're able to use it, but still extremely frustrating. I would strongly recommend that you not purchase any products from this company, they are totally unreliable and their product quality is poor.
