  Awesome dance studio, instructors and vibe are both top notch. Floating wood dance floor is superb to dance on and I love the view of downtown LA from the venue!

  Cool little swing spot, though it does lack in floor space. Outside of that though, it is the spot in downtown to do and learn swing. Special live band events are always a good time.

  EPIC. Whether you're an experienced dancer or finally trying it out for the first time, the Loft is a friendly and inviting place to learn! Dax and Sarah are prominent in the global swing dancing community and they are renowned for their unique style and perspective. You can expect to learn to swing dance while actually working toward mastering the way you move your body. Group classes are fun and affordable, either on an individual or "class-pack" basis. You also have the opportunity to take private lessons alone or with a partner. Finally, some of the best live swing jazz artists are brought in for live-nights! There you can enjoy a great view over downtown, immersed in a positive and high-energy social dance night. Parking is easy; there are several paid lots along main street but also many metered spots near Main + 8th if you're willing to walk a few blocks. On live-nights, there are great places for food and drink nearby to make a fun night out (taco truck right outside the front door of the loft building!!).
