  Driers are inefficient.They sweep / vacuum the floor constantly; yet I have yet to witness someone empty the lint screens.I would happily pay to have it done so I would shorten the length of my task Thus; (after 40 mins.);eliminating me impatiently folding my damp laundry.

  Very spacious, cool in the summer, warm in the winter. Friendly staff! Variety of sizes, washers and many. Many, many dryers too. Highly recommend.

  It's a clean place, washers great but the dry are no good at 25 cent for 8mins for less than a medium load rip off. Especially when the dryers do not get hot enough. My last time I will be coming here. I would not recommend

  It's one of the cleanest, largest, and comfortable around. As for one of the posters complaining about the Asian workers and communication issue....if you don't know how to work a washer and dryer maybe you should be looking into having a laundry service. The place, as opposed to other laundry mats that have no AC and leave their customers to sweat it out just to save a buck. I appreciate just that alone.

  I would not recommend the wash and fold drop off service. I tried this location when my laundry location closed and I was seeking a new service. When I first entered, I was surprised that they did not have a computer payment system, no computer ticketing system and no credit card accepted. This was a cash only service(this should've been a sign). When I dropped off clothes i was given a handwritten receipt with balance due. When I returned to pick up clothes, the lady attempted to change the price on the receipt. Changing the price on a paper receipt is vety simple she crossed on my original balance and wrote a new balance. I refused to accept this new charge. When I asked for manager she informed me manager is in Brooklyn and cannot come here now. I had to return the next day to collect my clothes when owner was available. This was inconvenient and unacceptable. I did retrieve my clothes the next day from the manager who didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I will never patronize this establishment and recommend you avoid the drop off service.
