::Horrible customer service. Paid for value wash. Didn't get my tires cleaned. The person drying my car give me an attitude because I asked if he was going to wash the floor mats. I paid extra to have them washed which he was not going to do unless I said something. Out of spite he didn't do my tires. You guys just lost a loyal customer. One star is too much.

::I am writing this to say that Lindenhurst Hand Car Wash & Detail Center is a fantastic car wash! They do a beautiful job on your car! They are reliable in staying open all day. At 4:00 on Sunday, March 25th, 2018, they had a crowd of people getting their car washed as if it was a summer day. Dave, the owner is there to listen to you for whatever you need to have done to your car. He is so into taking care of his customers. Carlos wet vacuumed my car and checked to see if there were leaks by running it through the car wash, to see where it was. He was wonderful! I would totally recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right. You will not be disappointed! On a scale of 1 to 10, they get a 10! THE BEST!!!

::Went here yesterday. Can't wash my own car right now. My car gets dosed is soap and water so I think ok car will be clean. Drive off and I still have dirt and dust all over my car. Now i remember why i came once a year ago and never came back again. Save your $11.50 and do it yourself or go elsewhere.
