  Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. First, I couldn’t find the store. The internet and yellow pages gives an address, however, there is no such business indicated at this address. I went into a lady’s dress shop and asked if they knew where the lingerie store was. They directed me downstairs. Yes, the business is located in a dingy basement of another store. As I am walking down the stairs, there is a young lady wearing a winter jacket, and holding her cell phone, sitting in a chair at the bottom of the stairs. She is just staring at me. So, I thought she was another customer. When I looked around and saw no one else in the store, I asked the young lady, who is still staring at me, if she works here. She said “yes.” I told her I was the lady who called about a bustier that my daughter needed for her wedding dress. She said that because my daughter needed to be measured, she would need to call the owner so she can come in and do the measurements. I said ok and started to look around. I found the bustiers in a big plastic bin on the floor. Now, the young lady has the owner on the phone and tells me that in order to get measured, we would need to make an appointment. I asked why she didn’t tell me this when I called over an hour earlier. I had called to ascertain if they carried bustiers. The person on the other end said yes. She asked if my daughter would need to be measured, and I replied “yes.” The young lady said nothing about an appointment. I asked what time the store is closing today and she replied “4 o’clock. So, I drove 40 minutes to get to the store, which is really a basement, only to find out that no one can help us. I left and went to a real lingerie store and was treated courteously and professionally.

  Wow!! Being a woman in my everything is going south years... I did not believe I could feel thin busty or sexy or beautiful again. My sons wedding was fast approaching and I found this wonderful little shop!! She transformed me. Not as painful as I thought!! Thank you Linda !! You are funny,sweet and kind!!
