It's actually a 0! I went to Chinatown to find a maile lei (Cooke preferably). Walked into this store and asked the man if they had maile and he said yes Tongan maile. So I asked to see it and he showed it to me in it's bag. Then I asked if he could take it out of the bag so I could see it and smell it and he told me barely any smell. He wouldn't show it to me out of the bag! Then I said I would come back. When I came back his wife told me he was mad at me because he tried to sell the lei to me for cheap and I went to look at other places. Then she kept telling me to come back another day. So I told her that if she didn't want to sell it to me then it's okay. So I left and walked down to the flower shop called PUAHI got the same type of maile for the same price, but this time the lady showed me the lei and how it drapes and allowed me to smell it.

If I could give this business a 0, I would. I just called and asked "Do you ship Maile lei's to the mainland?'" The response was "No", then I asked "Do you ship at all to the mainland?" and then they hung up on me.....no response.....SOOO RUDE!! I was just inquiring for my Aunt's funeral. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They literally kicked us out because we asked which lei were fresh (Some of them were, the ones that we wanted, were not). They have a beautiful array of flowers, BUT they will not let you look, nor even ask about their lei. So don't bother coming here because of their rude attitudes that they gave to my aunties, my mother, and I. They literally shushed and shoo'd us out. They have a small sign on the coolers that say, ask for assistance. So we did, but I guess if you ask then they gave you the hand... You could get what they have, except with fresh and cheaper lei, and also with respect, on the other side of the street.
