  I converted my wood burning fireplace to natural gas. Light My Fire had the best log set inserts, the best sales experience and the absolute best installation!! Frank and John did an absolutely outstanding job! The result is a PERFECT fire in seconds with no fuss and no cleanup! I highly recommend them!

  My contractor referred me to Light My Fire. At the showroom, Frank explained the gas fireplace process. Frank is very passionate and knowledgeable about his product. Melissa was extremely helpful in setting up scheduling and ordering permits. John, the owner and installer, is extremely knowledgeable and also passionate about his product. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the product and the experience we had with LMF. I highly recommend LMF. Nice people to work with.

  To all Light my fire was a great company to deal with. Frank met us at the door, we told him what we were interested in and he showed us some options. We had our measurements with us and had some idea of what we wanted. We placed the order and received a call to schedule installation of our fireplace. We then told John we had a part of the project needed to be done before he could measure for the hearth stone. That was not a problem. We scheduled an appointment and he came out to measure, but I was not ready as my built-ins were not finished. My fault I forgot to cancel the appointment. John said just to reschedule when the built-ins were done. I did so he came out on a Saturday measured and told me the stone and hearth would be ordered on Monday. We went to the stone yard that day to make sure we were happy with our choices for the stone & hearth and decided to make a change. We went to the Fairlawn store and changed the order and again no problem. Melissa called to make an appointment for installatIon and we had our fireplace working for Christmas. Light My Fire and the great people there communicated with us on a professional level. I would recommend Light My Fire to anyone who needs this work done. The glitches were all on our side and Light My Fire just rolled with what ever happened and were great. I would just like the thank them for a job well done professionally and in a timely manner Thanks Frank Melissa and John.

  My experience with this company has been extraordinary! They are extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Frank and John helped me so much with this project. It looks beautiful...beyond my expectations. From beginning to end, Frank provided kind, courteous, and super prompt customer support! There are no words that would express my gratitude for their help. What a unexpected gem in Paramus. I can't thank them enough.
