  These guys are so much more then fork lifts. They were super friendly and went out of there way to find me the parts for my equipment!

  the Good : We rented a lift last minute and Brian was able to accommodate getting it on site the next morning. The Bad : Once the lift was returned we called to pay and simply asked for an invoice. No call back, we called again, no call back. The Ugly : We get a call from the office manager (a gal ) screaming that we need to pay our bill. I advised I need an invoice and again just pay or else.... she demanded a credit card for payment. I ask for Brain to call back before I gave the card. When he called (he was mad) I explained that we needed an invoice for our records and he abruptly said he would email it and hung up. The resolve : we finally got the invoice via email and we mailed a check the next day. Moral of the story, if you use this company get ready for attitude if you ask for anything other than the lift.
