  My parents live in Upstate NY. They were in need of an Incline Lift and a portable ramp for the side door. It was hard to find a company that could come down for an estimate due to the distance of our location. I saw Lift Assist advertised in the health magazine in October, so I gave them a call and the secretary who answered the phone was very nice and professional. I was transferred to Joseph who he gave all the information I needed over the phone and sent down someone to take measurements and give me an estimate. Within the next few days I had the ramp and lift installed. It was a big step to make a decision about installing it and Joseph made it very easy and worked with me on the price.
