::Now I know what everyone was complaining about. I actually had a really good plan with lifewise, but they did a horrible job of notifying me when it got cancelled. I ended up going to the doctor without insurance because they failed to notify me that my coverage had been cancelled. The only email I got was 1 day before cancellation and that was on their website email. I never got a direct email or a notification letter. Please keep in mind your last date of coverage is 12/31/2016. This what I originally wrote when I gave it 4 stars: Wow! I must have gotten really lucky with my health plan. According to the other reviews Lifewise has screwed some people over. I live in oregon and Lifewise has always been really good to me. Of course, I got a sweet plan 8 years ago and though the premium has gone up every year it is still worth it. My services include 6 doctor visits a year with only a 25 dollar copays and 12 acupuncture or chiropractic a year, with 25 dollar copays. Sadly this plan is no longer offered. My deductible is really high so I would like to change, but it is rare to find a health plan that offers so many appointments with such low copayments.

::Waited three hours and forty five minutes on hold last week for a customer representative. During that wait time, I notified a local TV station about LifeWise's customer service as well as their media representative in Washington.

::You guys are absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with!!!! Terminate my account because of your own company problems? Not my fault!! And then AN HOUR WAIT on hold for your jacked up customer service and he basically told me I'm out of luck. WORST SERVICE AND COMPANY EVER.

::Been with LifeWise for over 20 years now I am 62 years old they have never paid out a dime for me now they send me a letter saying they will no longer insure people in Oregon. Thank You Life wise I hope you cheating bastards choke on every dollar I have paid you. Your probably voting for crooked Clinton I had to give a star or it would not let me post
