  I’m super satisfied with my session with Cat! I’ve had some trouble with prioritizing my life & have been so incredibly stressed with school & work. This has caused me to gain some weight, & overall my quality of life has gone down. After meeting Cat & having my first session with her, I’m already feeling a huge difference! I’m doing a better job at staying calm, & I’m making better food choices. I’m incredibly grateful I stumbled upon LifeUpgrade4U!

  I’m so glad I went ahead and called hereI have been struggling with losing weight for about three years. I couldn’t understand why everything I try failed.   I contacted this business for weight loss and anxiety. Cathy said I had to pick just one issue per session because they both were big ones and she said it’s better to tackle one at a time. Well needless to say I picked anxiety. the technique she used it was like nothing I have ever experienced. I have been hypnotized for smoking years ago. The anxiety I felt is completely gone, 12 days post session the best part about it, I think with the anxiety removed, my eating habits have changed I’ve lost 5 pounds without even trying. I highly suggest you try this RTT method!

  I went here for the anxiety I would get when I drove. I never knew when it would hit, but if it did, I would be stranded where ever I was. A friend of mine recommended Cathy because she had done such an extraordinary job of helping her with fear of needles. Just as my friend said, the anxiety is gone. I felt different from the moment I came out of hypnosis. I was nervous about being in someone else’s control, but it isn’t like that at all. I was aware the whole time, you remember everything. Cathy really put me at ease, she explained every step of the session before hand, I felt very comfortable. DO Not hesitate making an appointment. You will be so happy you did!   Hi I called Cathy told her my issues and she gave me a session it’s the best thing that ever happened to me she help me get through things that I haven’t been able to get through for years, I want to thank that kind hearted person for all she’s done and I highly recommend if you have any doubts!!!! you should try her thank you.
