::I called to simply get pricing questions answered. I was wondering how much it would cost to properly recycle my e-waste items. The person who spoke with me was evasive, did not answer my questions and was rude. I advised him that I cared about how the e-waste was handled and tried to ask questions. The person told me the information was available on-line. I advised him that I could not find it. He the said have a good day and hung up the phone on me. I hope that they are more professional concerning their ecological footprint then they are at customer service. For all I know based upon the contact that I had with them they could be sending their e-waste to third world countries.
