::So far I’ve been loving all the services! Great that’s it in the gym you don’t have to go out of your way too much! Everyone is very friendly, great service too! Had waxing done with McKall and a massage with Stephanie, both great! Front desk is always friendly and flexible, never had problems with cancellations and rescheduling! Overall really liked it!

::I've never had an issue rescheduling, even if it is the same day. As a Life Time member, I use my LT Bucks for Life Spa services. I pretty much always use the LT Bucks to get $20 off of my hair services. I'm always satisfied with the hairstyle and service I receive from Veronica.

::I had a decent haircut in September, and was told at that time that if I rebooked then that I would receive $25 off my next appointment. So of course I rebooked. My appointment was for this past Monday. However, I was unable to make this appointment. I first attempted to call to reschedule, but no one returned my phone call. I then sent an email when I received my email reminder of the appointment. Still no response. I called again and finally got someone. I had two appointments scheduled that I needed to rebook: a haircut and a massage. Whoever answered saw the haircut and I told her I need to rebook that and that I had a massage before the haircut that I needed to rebook as well. This was on a Friday and my appointments were on a Monday. She then tells me that she doesn’t see any appointments for me on Saturday or Sunday. I said I didn’t say Saturday or Sunday, I said before my haircut, meaning the same day. I tried to explain and I was getting pretty irritated at how difficult it was for her to understand. And I wanted to ensure that I would keep my $25 off when I reschedule. It was all so obnoxious and I didn’t have the time so I simply said to cancel my appointments for now. Fast forward to a week later, it’s the next Friday. I call and ask for a hair appointment with the woman who cut my hair last time. I was told that she is not in today but that they have 3 others there today who are all wonderful. She books me with Veronica. I arrive early and discuss the $25 off and the problem I had with rebooking previously. I was told by the woman checking me in that she is the aesthetician and she would have to ask Veronica who is doing my hair because she is in charge of the front desk. I was told I could wait on the couch, which I did. A few minutes later the lady (aesthetician) stated she spoke with Veronica and she is fine with the $25 off. I still don’t know why she has to okay the promotion that was made by LifeSpa back in September and should be written in my previous appointment somewhere (I had previously verified that I would have it for that Monday appointment and I was assured that I would). But nevertheless, I was happy that it was “approved” and I waited for my appointment. About 5 or 10 minutes after my appointment time, Veronica comes over to where I am sitting. She says something to me questioning the discount, all while still standing over me and having her head tilted very condescendingly (like she’s talking to a child). I don’t even fully remember what she said regarding the discount and I was confused as to why it was even being brought up when I was already told that it was fine. I responded that the $25 off had already been approved and I don’t understand why she’s bringing it up. She said she never said yes to $25, but maybe she could give me 25% off. She then proceeded to tell me that the aesthetician said 25% off, not $25. She went to talk to the aesthetician and I heard the aesthetician say “No, I said $25, not 25%.” Veronica comes back and continues to talk about how she has never heard of them giving $25 off. I asked if she was there in September and she said she was. Obviously her memory isn’t very good if she can’t even remember the aesthetician saying $25 and not 25%. She said $25 would bring her haircut down to $35 (yes, I can do math too, thank you). We then sit there awkwardly in silence staring at each other. I don’t like her vibe at all and she really needs to work on her interpersonal communication skills. I don’t know how they get paid, but I would assume they get their tips (which I always tip at least 20% of the original price, so she lost out here) and maybe something else. Apparently I am out of space, so I will just say that If you want to go somewhere who doesn’t value customers enough to return their phone calls or emails, is too incompetent to be able to reschedule appointments, can’t stick to their promotions and will make you extremely uncomfortable then by all means come to LifeSpa in Tempe! But let it be known, you have been warned!

::This is my first feedback I've ever left for any company hopefully help others not experience the Lifetime Salon. I had a Wednesday appt but my stylist didn't finish with her client till 48 min into my appointment and I had children in daycare (2hr max)that had to be picked up before my appointment would be finished. Rescheduled for Saturday I was on time but waited 30 min again. Asked for allover color with a few well blended high lights and cut of my long light brown hair. Stylist put permanent color on top semi color on bottom. Rinsed color it was bright strawberry red on top. Had to dye a darker brown to cover up everything but a inch of red is left showing at roots and the stylist did a CUT with my hair dry which I have never had done that way ever. Stylist took no responsibility for color blaming it on my pregnancy messing it up. Which is ridiculous. I called the salon two days later to ask who I was going to see to fix it. Salon manager Cheryl was always unable to take my calls and never once returned a call. I was told on Wednesday by a girl answering phones that she spoke with manager and manager says I need to see same stylist TO FIX!!! I said absolutely not! That makes no sense why would I see the same stylist that messed up my hair! I was told manager would call me back within half hour Wednesday and it's Saturday now. I've never had her call me. So I'm writing this to warn others have my top hair was dyed strawberry red the rest dark brown cut given with hair dry. Salon manager Cheryl does not care about maintaining a salon standard or care of customer service with timely appointments and a quality hair service being done. Horrible experience there and super sad to have such ugly hair!
