  Normally, I love this store. They sure have dropped the ball here. I wanted to get a gift card for my granddaughter for Christmas. I cannot. They RAN OUT OF GIFT CARDS WEEKS BEFORE Christmas. Wow!!! Ran out of cards. Imagine that. I was at the store to buy a gift card and was talking with the person there. So, she said go "offline" to get them. Well, I thought this lady does not know how this works. You don't go "offline" to do something on the computer. You go ONLINE. So, I did. It seems that these cards must be sent to the recipient by email. I want the CARD!!! Something to actually GIVE her. Not an email people!!! How stupid!!!

  I did find scuba that I needed for work but the staff was so rude and unfriendly. Never once did they ask if I needed help or even acknowledge I was in the store. They were too busy talking about getting out of there. Horrible customer service.

  Went in to look for comfortable shoes and the girl that was behind the counter wasn't too helpful. First I asked for a size and she rudely said she didn't carry half sizes when I asked what sizes they did have she then asked me if I was aware the shoes I was asking about were more than $100 if I could even afford them after looking at me up and down, I'm Hispanic to which I believe is the reason she believed I couldnt afford the shoes. I left soon after and ordered the shoes online instead.
