  In the process of selling my home. Over all situation has been stressful. However JP and Tatiana made the experience a lot easier for me. I made the reservation online and was called soon after to confirm my reservation and asked if I may have any questions they can help me with. They spoke to me about the insurance requirement, if I wished to use my own property insurance I could or I can include coverage through bader when I come in to get the space. I really appreciated them calling. The other place I chose had extra fees and didn't mention anything until you were at the site, which made me feel cheated and scammed. This company is thankfully different. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are pleasant and professional. Especially during this time they are a godsend. I really wish I would have saved myself the headache of looking around. Take my advice and come here first!

  Had this site told me ahead of time insurance required instead of telling me the day before this review might be different , that is the shady business practice that will stifle new customers be upfront I the beginning not a sneaking it I there the day before move in .

  Great service! Tatiana and Jp are always smiling and willing to help me with any issues. I was stressed about having to move and place things in storage but the staff here made it simple and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys again.

  This location is great!!! I have rented from them for many years. I have one of those new locks and they DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO USE A MASTER KEY. I know this because I needed them to help me and that was not an option. Those new locks are like regular locks and only opens with your set. The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly, professional and most of all respectful. I highly recommend them and this location to anyone.

  A bunch of THIEVES!!!!! Life Storage forces you to buy their own lock from them because their employees' master keys can open your lock I had a ton of stuff stolen direct from my unit, with no sign of forced entry. The only people with the keys were Life Storage employees Do not rent here unless you want your stuff stolen. They are very dishonest. Also, another tenant filed a class action lawsuit against this location due to overbilling.
