  It has been a pleasure working with Angie. Sadly we had to vacate. She is wonderful, kind, and the absolute consummate professional, Life Storage is extremely lucky to have her working for them. I wish I had employees half as good as Angy!

  We started using this storage facility after we got "condominiumed" out of two facilities in Brooklyn, where we live, in a single summer (storage facilities being bought out by developers to add to yuppie overcrowding in our "backyard"). When we started at Life Storage they were called Uncle Bob's and the hour drive out there was worth it for the seasonal trips we needed to take. When they became Life Storage we noticed a few slight, arbitrary rent hikes, and an extremely long period when the front gate was out of commission (which meant they had to leave the back gate open—a potential security risk). The facility itself is still well-maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and I'd recommend this as an alternative to storing in the city without hesitation, provided you can handle the transportation and time investment; we only go once or twice per season.

  I love this storage facility. It's always clean and the staff are always friendly. If I ever have a question, Angela Murray the store manager always answer it for me. If she's not there then another staff member helps me. I also love the fact that it is a temperature controlled facility. I highly suggeste this facility to whoever is looking for a great place to store anything.

  Super teamwork between Sister stores. Angela needs student Summer storage in the Syracuse area for her college student. We reserve, we push it to keep it available, and we trade great reviews with each other. Let's really impress them with our touch points when they arrive next week for the move in !!!   I would recommend Life Storage to everyone who is looking to store their possessions. They will far exceed your expectations. Beautiful ultra clean facility, climate controlled, elevators, and with all your moving needs at hand. The staff is very fantastic. Angie is the BEST. The entire staff is wonderful. I cannot expressed how happy I am, and have been with my experience with them for the past 3 years. I promise you will not have any regrets!
