  Booking a unit was very convenient and easy. The facility is very clean and easy to get to, and has convenient hours. Patty at the front desk makes it a great experience.

  I recommend this storage place to everyone. My family member was a recent customer and had a great experience! The manager, Pattie was very helpful.

  As a long term customer I want you be aware that the 2 women at your Hope Street Stamford location are both officent, curtious, friend and present themselves well.. In my opinion they are five stars.

  Patti is very pleasant, professional, and diligent in the work that she does. Sitting with her while filling out the initial paperwork was quick and painless, and communication before and after was very smooth and informative. The storage facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to navigate. I highly recommend.
