::I'm still smiling about the experience I had at the Clifton Life Storage (Store #736). I had never rented a storage space before so I didn't even know what I needed. Krystina talked me through the process and took the time to show me the different sized spaces. I have to admit that I was a bit apologetic about my indecision, but Krystina was very calming and put me at ease with the amount of time I was taking. She then offered to "hold" the locker for about a week. Later on after I had made a decision, I called and spoke with Irene... she was already knowledgeable about the arrangements and couldn't be any happier to answer additional questions. I later came in to finalize the paperwork and everything went seamlessly... These 2 ladies left an impression on me and had me wondering.... Why doesn't everyone go about their job with this level of caring, pleasantness and professionalism. Yep... still smiling! And I don't like writing reviews. - Gregg
