  Tiffany was an absolute pleasure to work with (the other staff members are amazing as well, Tiffany just stood out to me), and she made sure I was all set and ready to go, above and beyond other storage places would go. I felt I had no confusion, no misunderstandings, and everything was very clear. She and Life Storage are great.

  Amanda was amazing on the phone to let me know what kind of unit I would need as I'm moving there soon and needed info. She helped me out so much! I highly recommend her services as she was a delight to talk to today.

  Tiffany helped us get a great deal on a unit to store our college stuff for the summer. She was friendly, helpful and funny. LifeStorage seems like a very nice, clean, safe and very secure place with several access code entry points to ensure security. We were also offered a free van to move our stuff in which was awesome. Whenever we have questions Tiffany has the answers and is happy to help and is very communicative with all aspects of renting. Would highly recommend.

  The front desk staff are amazingly professional and courteous from the first phone call. Tiffany even called me back when my insurance company faxed the wrong form. She gave me advice to make my move smooth and even set up the movers with dollys while I filled out paperwork. She valued my time and my money by finding me a locker that was cheaper then what I had online. Customer service by both girls was what customer service should be! Highly recommend!
