  Life Storage has been amazing to us!!!! My husband and I moved to New York about 5 years ago, and we went from a really big apartment to a smaller apartment. Which means we were left with a ton of stuff that didn't fit in our home. But we decided that we didn't want to throw anything out or give away because we plan on buying a home, honestly I don't want to spend more money on buying everything all over again. So my husband got tired of me complaining about having no space for anything and decided to do some reach on storage units. Which he came across Life Storage and decided to call to get some information. The gentlemen that we spoke to was awesome and very friendly, he answered every question we had. We bought a unit that same day and it has been great ever since. Reminder's when the time comes to pay for the month and also you can call the store and pay with your card over the phone. I just recently found out that you can make a payment at any location, which is awesome because I spend a lot of time in connecticut for work. Not everyone has a great experience with storage units, but for us we love it and wish we would have done this sooner!!

  Friendly staff, they knew the right storage space I needed after a brief explanation. Would recommend this place to anyone who asks.

  Doesn't get much better than this for storage facilities. Both the Manager and Assistant Manager can't seem to do enough to please their customers. If this facility is convenient for you, you would be foolish to consider anywhere else.

  Rented storage unit from Uncle Bob's for many years now and always am given great service. Anytime I have a question or need something, they are very willing to assist with a pleasant smile. Nice people. The facility is secure and storage areas are well lit. The prices for storage bins are very reasonably in comparison to other storage places. I would highly recommend this place.
