  Susan the manager of the Lindenhurst NY facility was always extremely polite and professional and always went above and beyond to resolve any issues that arose. Ashley was also very polite and helpful. Even though I am glad that I no longer need a storage unit, I would not hesitate to recommend Life Storage and especially the Lindenhurst location to friends and family.

  You won’t find a better place for your storage needs. The office is well run, professional and extremely courteous. The facility itself is locked you need your code to get into the parking area as well as getting into the building. Once inside it is bright, temperature control an extremely clean. I felt safe every time I was there. I highly recommend Life Storage of Lindenhurst To anyone who might or is looking to store their items. Thanks life storage!

  Price was about same as everywhere else. Staff was excellent. Anything I needed they helped out. Staff alone was worth the time there. Stored for over a year no complaints.

  I really love this place. I came to help my sister. It's very organized. Clean, well maintained and the prices are pretty reasonable. Susan was all by herself juggling multiple customers, calls and vendors very effortlessly and in a courteous and pleasant manner. She was fantastic. Extremely helpful and she didn't show any signs of breaking under pressure. Very pleasant experience.
