::Just have to take a moment to show my excitement and love for this gym... just heard Mabel is coming back!!! time to get our groove on. This gym is simply awesome, there was a time that it was going no where but in the last 5 months what a difference! Always super clean and machines are always well kept.

::Hands down the best gym I have ever went to. First off, the steam room is amazing after the stair master. Unlike other gyms in the area, this gym is incredible clean and is such an amazing experience. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. The spinning class with the real Ryder bikes are AMAZING! Did I mention again how CLEAN it is! Love this gym!
