::Amazing service. Turned a stressful experience into an easy fix, on a Sunday morning no less. I love that the heat treatment provides instant results without harmful toxins. We got a comb and active rinse to take home and my daughter was so relieved after our visit.

::Great experience at both Bethel and West Hartford. They have an affordable plan (unlike others in the area), seem to better understand the science and their heat technology really works! They are also really nice and work well with kids.

::At 2pm on a Sunday we realized our daughter had lice. First thing I did was hop in the car and buy everything the pharmacy had to get rid of it. Then I called my sister who had them a few year back. She said to find professionals to remove them, googled it and found this clinic. Thought for sure we would have to wait until Monday but they gave us an appointment within an hour! Mai helped and treated us. She was Informative, professional, caring, kind and had so much knowledge to share on the preventative measures we could take in the future. She is a gem! This was one of our biggest fear happening( Bugs on our children and in our house) Mai took our biggest fear, found a way to give us relief and the confidence to know we could get rid of them. She gave us a plan and help us wrap our head around the situation. We would recommend this clinic to anyone with lice. You can not put a price on getting peace of mind and being bug free. Update: On 1/23/2022 after being treated on 12/5/2021 I realized I had lice again. Mai treated me again, it happened on a Sunday she came in on her day off. This may have been missed or left over but could have also been a new infestation…I had two bugs and one egg that she found. I found more at home. I can not be certain from research if it was missed or left over but maybe. Anyway she again calmed me down and just helped me wrap my head around it. My daughter and other family did not have any. I also checked my daughter and other family members periodically since the original infestation, nothing was found. During the last visit I paid for a plan that would cover us if we had to go back for treatment, it was totally worth it. We are protected, can be checked and treated for 10 dollars a month. A few weeks after the original incident I second guessed myself, thinking why did I get this plan but yesterday I was happy I did but still had to pay for a family check. So that seems silly. Update today is 1/30 as of today I combed myself everyday, twice a day since the last treatment. Oil my hair every other day. Figured it wouldn’t hurt. Concerned because I kept finding more I had a friend come over and comb for me. Long story short I still had active bugs and eggs (couldn’t tell if the eggs were alive). Now I am paying someone locally to treat me on top of paying for a protection plan with them. I think the only thing this lice clinic is lacking is follow up comb outs and free family inspections with treatment. The other lice professionals in the area charge less money, use the same method but provide follow up treatments with comb outs (minimum 2 after the first but more if needed) and the family check is included with one treatment. Anyway the clinic did work for my daughter and helped to not spread it to the rest of the family, the tech was sweet but I am not sure it is the right fit for me.

::Great experience! Mai was so helpful and comforting during the entire process. My friend and I both got checked, (thank god we didn’t have anything) and Mai was talking us through everything the whole time making sure we were calm and comfortable. She gave us so much helpful advice on how to take preventative measures while working with kids. I would absolutely recommend going here if you have families, kids or friends that need treatment or a check, they are very professional and helpful! 10/10 experience!
