  Please do not go to Liberty Tax for an advance loan on your income tax refund. It is a SCAM I have heard of many occasions where advances was promised and denied by the bank after they have you pay hundreds of dollars for the tax preparation. Or a certain dollar amount was promised but the bank decides to pay much less than you were promised. Liberty Tax are not being completely honest which is still lying. You are not told that your loan amount depends on many factors including a credit check, previous tax return amounts, etc. Which lets be real here, if someone has good credit why would they pay $500 for tax preparation, to get $1300 as told. Liberty tax doesn't tell you that the loan may not happen, they tell you that since you are getting the amount from the IRS the bank will grant the loan because the bank will take their money first and the rest will be given to you. Liberty Tax is not being completely honest with their clients promising loans to get the preparation fee (about $400) is WRONG. Liberty Tax is not giving you ALL the information you need to make the right decision for you. Please think before going to Liberty Tax, don't let them make you apart of the scam.
