  Last year I had my taxes prepared with this specific location in East Harlem. I had no problem. The young lady who prepared my taxes was competent & courteous. This year is a completely different story. First time I came in, there was just one person there. I'm on disability, and have been since 2012. I have a history of stroke. I just came out of the hospital again in January of this year. I'm having a hard time getting around. Anyway, it woman told me that there was just on preparer there who handles "disability claims". First time she told me that this particular person was there from 9 am to 12 noon. When I called on 3/2, I was the told this same person was in that office btwn 9 and 10 am. Got up, got dressed, no one in the office at all until 12pm. I called again on 3/5, and spoke to some, who got an attitude, and referred me to another nbr to speak to a spervisor, who I had to leave a VMWARE because no answers the phone. This is run around, plain and simple. They are very rude, which surprises me, because I didn't have this problem in 2017. I will never used this site again on 104th and third. They are a waste of time and unprofessional. I AM NOT, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE. GO TO UNION SETTLEMENT!!!
