  Phone system does not work, and when it did, they answered with NO TYPE OF PROFFESSIONALISM! Giving u the sense of.... did I do my taxes with proffessionals? Will not go back again and do not recommend.

  They're nice and friendly but they don't pay that much attention to what they're suppose to do. Obviously, because they made a simple silly mistake; they put my last name where my first was supposed to be. Took them 2 weeks to realize, called me multiple times to ask if I was the one at fault, and I waited a month for my returns. Other notes: office doesn't look professional, small, will have you second guessing. I will never come here again.

  I went to Liberty Tax Service and had the most wonderful experience. The manager is courteous and professional. The waver told me to come in and get my taxes done. I did and will continue to come every single year. They're just amazing!!!!!
