  Samantha (I hope I'm remembering that right!) greatly deescalated my stress levels over a tax issue, and helped me at a far better than reasonable price. Everyone was friendly, and made my day better (and my taxes simpler). Thank you!

  They never told me how much they would charge me and now I'm seeing that it was 350.95 !! Horrible place. That customers complaining thru the phone and walking in. She never told me about the fess or showed me the paper work till I was done after! She also forgot to ask for my social. I had to reminder.
