  I have been a customer since before Google even had reviews, Rich is an excellent owner who treats everyone fairly, in the past 20 plus years I have gotten everything from communion gifts, all the way to a beautiful engagement ring for my wife, and each time the srevice was impeccable and the quality of the highest order.

  Worst place in the world. Cannot open the simplest of watches. Does not call when your item is ready for pick up. I went for batteries. The man opened the watch and could not close it. He had to send it out to close it. Then no contact to say it is ready. The inability to even show business hours should have been my warning. NEVER HAVE A BATTERY REPLACED THERE. NEVER SHOP THERE. Guess they sell jewelry but are not Jewelers. I'll stick with Leders in Rockville Centre.

  The guy behind the counter will offer you literally 50% of what your silver/gold is worth and curse at you if you question why you are being given such a low amount. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this store buying jewelry, you would think they would treat there customers better, no wonder I was the only person there. Horrible experience I will never return to that store, I would rather drive 100 miles than deal with those people.
