::TELLER WAS VERY RUDE FOR WALKING THROUGH THE BANK TO STANDARD INSURANCE

::Very professional tellers, and have always greeted me with a smile.

::Poor Customer Experience: I had an unfortunate experience at Liberty Bank in Fort Worth on Hulen St. The bank lobby has 2 sets of clear glass doors, one entrance at the Front outside corner of the building, and another that that faces the office building’s elevator lobby. It was a rainy morning when I walked into the bank lobby on my way to an upper floor office. As I walked through the bank lobby, the teller greeted me, and I explained that I was on my way to the elevators. Then, I was stopped by another bank employee who told me I was not allowed to go to the elevators and would need to exit the building and walk around in the rain to get to the elevators. At this point I was closer to the lobby entrance than the outside entrance, and rather than go back into the rain and walk around the large building, I proceeded to walk to the elevators. As I walked a third bank employee sprinted out of his office and followed me out of the bank lobby and to the elevators where he loudly told me that the bank was a private office. I explained to him it was raining, but he did not seem to care and I should do as I was told. So I ignored him, an got on the elevator. These employees could have been kind to me as I avoided the rain, rather than creating such hostility. It's really to bad, I was a potential customer, but now I am a telling friends and coworkers to beware of Liberty Bank. I spoke to 2 other tenants of the building, who both confirmed that this Liberty Bank location has a bad reputation in the office building for being rude to potential customers.
