  This has been the best decision I've made. The program is absolutely awesome. The only thing is sometimes it takes a few weeks to process claims but they just sent me a 700 check to cover the bills I submitted. I'm a huge fan.

  My Experience before I make an attempt is to OPT OUT ! This INS. does not even fall under Federal Regulations to be accepted as 'Health' coverage. You Decide ! ?

  This is one of the worst insurances ever!!!! Unless this is your only option stay away. You are better off with another company. The staff is always providing incorrect information and everything takes forever to process. There are barely any doctors who even take this insurance. Good luck if this is the only option for you.

  I have been with Liberty for many years. I find that the insurance itself has taken good care of me. However, it's changing. My number 1 complaint is the staff....they do not know what they are doing, they give the wrong information. I recently had my doctor request authorization for MRI at a Stand up facility, Liberty changed it to Regional Radiology...why I don't know, now trying to get it changed back is a nightmare, they are argumentative with me on the phone. This is just one instance...I have had it, I'm changing insurance.

  by far the worst insurance company, they spend nothing for their members, trust me dont sign up, everything needs pre authorization and authorization and more bullshit, dont sign up with these greedy insurance scammers
