  If Lia Toyota was concerned about NOT perpetuating the sleazy reputation of car dealers they might have found a way to address my issue rather than charge me $129.00 without fixing my car. I bought a used car from them last Fall. When the weather got warm this Spring it became apparent to me that the air conditioning did not work. Since I'd purchased the extended warranty I brought the car to their "Service" Department. At no time did they tell me that if my issue would not be covered I would be charged such an obscene amount of money. Turns out that because I'd damaged the front bumper and unknowingly had also damaged a critical part of the A. C. that was behind that portion of the bumper I'd voided the warranty. "That'll be $129.00 Mr Crothers, & have a nice day!"

  Friendly and welcoming environment as well as a great wait staff. A wonderful family dinning experience. The food is prepared well although if you arn't used to Mexican food you should be very clear with your likes and dislikes.

  The best place to buy a car, hands down!!! You are family, and the service is top quality!!!! You have to be an idiot to turn down the services that the company offer!!! Phenomenal service techs and sales associates!!

  Had a recall on my vehicle and service was flawless and Robert was very professional. The loaner they gave me made me want to buy another car! Lol. Great place to do biz with.

  I want to start off with stating that everyone in the building is pretty friendly and nice especially the driver !! which I like. BUT I will NOT be bringing my car for major services & jobs here because it's crazy expensive, overly priced & they have a way of trying to scare customers into getting a job done right away when it's not really necessary or make up things. just to get the money or make up things.
