  We’ve been without our LG Side by Side Refrigerator for 1 month now trying to work through Sears & LG to get it fixed. This has been a nightmare, waiting on a Compressor, now having to wait on 5 more Parts, the whole system has been contaminated by coal & oil by the failed compressor. Coal & oil has spilled all over our kitchen while the Sears tech was following LG’s instructions. Now he’s suppose to come back one day when the other Parts get here, install them, and cleanse the system with nitrate (all in our kitchen now turned LG Service Shop). Seriously LG, you expect us to keep our food in this thing if Sears can ever fix it according to your instructions? So far this has been our worst customer service experience yet in household goods!
