  Very clean nice customer waiting area they give you breakfast and lunch plenty of coffee They dont make you feel like you shouldnt belong here very inviting i enjoy coming here..ive been getting my car serviced here for over 2yrs and i must say each time is a pleasant experience before coming here i use to hate coming into car services places.they have changed my perspective on it nothing but applause!!!!!

  This place probably wins the award for best customer service in NJ. Staff is AMAZING. Service is AMAZING, pricey though.. (What do you expect?) but they treat you so well it's worth it. EVERY member of the Lexus Service Team has treated me with respect and courtesy for the last 3 years I've been going.. (Hence why I'm never afraid to pick a favorite consultant when scheduling)... Free breakfast, water bottles, there's TVs, yogurts, popcorn. I mean seriously. No complaints. Lexus leadership: If you're reading this, THANK YOU! You are appreciated!

  I have had nothing but problems with this place when it comes to timing and telling the truth. The first day I went there for a routine pre-paid service, the service consultant kept telling me it would be about 15 more minutes after waiting a couple of hours. When I went outside to check myself I noticed my car has not been even brought into the mechanics area yet. Each time since when I am told it will be 2 hours, I ask if it will be 4-5 hours and they say nooooo way. Each and every time it winds up being closer to my expected wait rather than what they say. This last time takes the cake however. As I picked up my car last time I noticed a rip on my steering wheel that wasn't there. They agreed that they were at fault and said they would contact me the following week to set up a time to have a woman come in to fix it, their leather repair woman. Well, the next week came and went, and so the next and so the next. I waited three weeks and they never called me. I had to call up to remind them of this... They made an appointment for me to bring my car in there a week in advance to have the leather lady come in. They gave me a loaner car as they told me it was going to take 1-2 days. I was told I would be meeting with her and she would tell me exactly how she was going to repair/replace it. After dropping my car off at 9:00 this Monday morning, I just got a call after 4:00 saying the leather repair lady will be coming in to do it on either Wednesday or Thursday. How was this not already set up? This has been the fifth time something like this has happened to me here and I have been relatively quiet hoping for the best. I just called and had to leave a message on who I was told was the managers voicemail. I will update once I get a response. The place does what they have to do, but besides the coffee and bagels, I don't see anything else they do extra to exceed expectations. In short, I just haven't had any truth relayed to me in regards to the waiting/timing process and that is more infuriating than having to actually wait.

  It’s a very high end car service center with friendly staff. They also offer you hot coffee/expresso & cookies in their hospitality bar. They have very professional service advisors. You can download the Lexus Drivers app and log in to see your vehicle(s) and call to make your service appointment from the app. This place is highly recommended.

  Very comfortable and efficient service center for Lexus. While you're waiting, help yourself to several kinds of coffee, water, tea, popcorn, and some cookies or pastries. You'll get your car back looking brand new. Expensive to have work done here just like any other dealer; but if you must have your car serviced by the dealer, this is a nice experience.
