  Would give 0 if I could. Went to get some earings, liked 2 in specific but couldn't make up my mind. Some guy came and started rushing me and the lady didn't have any customer service. I was the only one in the store by the way, unbelievable

  While visiting NYC I needed a battery changed on my watch and walked into the store. Eric the owner was super friendly, he changed the battery on the spot for me and while waiting I picked a few really nice jewelry pieces to take back with me. Great friendly service and reasonably priced; definitely coming back next time I visit the The Big Apple!

  Hands down the best experience I've had by far with any jeweler. Eric is very knowledgable and fluent in his craft. Not for one moment did I feel pressured or give into pushy sales tactics, a very fluid process. He works with you and your budget and is always willing to lend a hand in showing you a better priced alternative. A 5 star guy with a 5 star place. Thanks again!

  The owner of this shop is absolutely terrific. I was impressed by the selection of jewelry and the customer service is superb. I broke a fashion earring my mom gifted me and I wanted to get it fixed. I took it to Lexington Jewelry and the guy there (don't know his name) fixed it for free! I had tried to get it fixed at another jewelry store but the owner rudely asked me to try another store when I asked for a discount. The gentleman at Lexington Jewelry was very professional and charitable to me. Go to Lexington Jewelry for all your jewelry and repair needs. You won't regret it!
