  Stay far away from this business!! These guys are rude, disinterested, and arrogant! I needed an enlargement made, but when it came out differently than requested, they insisted I never asked them for what I know I had made clear about 15 minutes before they printed it. A heavy set bearded guy, about 40 y.o. took over from a young lady who originally made my print, and when I asked it to be redone, he flatly refused. No respectful discussion on my part got him to change his mind, and when I finally asked him if it was really worth the bad publicity of my being totally dissatisfied, writing a terrible internet review, and telling everyone I know about their abysmal service and attitude, he just shrugged and repeated that he would not redo my print. They have permanently lost my business, and I will tell anyone I can about their horrible customer service and lack of respect for a usually easy-to-please customer. This business, and especially this incredibly arrogant and rude bearded guy, need to be avoided at all costs - unless you enjoy being victimized. Disgusting treatment!!

  Excellent quality Photo printing and DVD Conversions. Been there for years. Very professional. I trusted them with my family photos and films, and was not disappointed.
