  Ray is very knowledgeable about the products, patient about letting us try all the sofas before making a decision. Very personable. We never felt pressured to buy a particular product.

  Great experience picking out my new bed! Ray was very helpful in figuring out what type of bed I needed. He was very friendly and patient as well. Definitely recommend him and Levins!

  My family has been purchasing furniture from this Levin for years. Nothing but great customer service! Especially the workers at the loading dock! Today I helped pick up a piece of furniture with my grandfather who is hard of hearing. The men were extremely patient and helpful. Highly recommend!

  I had purchased 2 recliners on March 5th with salesperson Mary. She was excellent. Her presentation and attention to our needs was very professional. I went back today March 6th to pick up the recliners. I had the pleasure of the dept coordinator and his associate,Bob help me with the loading of my recliners. Not only did they deliver them to my truck but the recliners were wrapped in plastic. I didn't expect this as I brought some blankets to cover my recliners. These two associates just blew me away with their handling of my purchase. Very professional,helpful and courteous. Outstanding associates who went out of their way to ensure my purchases were properly covered to protect them on their journey to my home. Thank you.

  Greg at the Pleasant Hills location at Curry Hollow is always helpful and attentive whenever I come into Levin’s Furniture. He is kind and treats me like I matter. He has excellent customer service skills. I try to go to him every time I’m in Levin’s. He is a great asset to that store.
