  Purchased 9 feet of tubing but found out I paid twice the price than most places. $6.99 vs $3.50 per 3 foot section. Since it was cut off of a reel, can't return. Feel I got hosed on my hoses. Workers were nice and tried to be helpful.

  Hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who is extremely helpful and knows about pools. In fact the old manager there taught us most of what we know about pools. But now that he is gone most people barely know anything and are not that helpful. I have moved most of my purchases to online choices because of that.

  Always friendly and helpful they will do a free water sample test and give you the results without any pressure to buy. They have even recommended alternatives at other stores. Definitely will be returning.
