::Beautiful place. Good music. Food is great as well. Spicy cucumber salad was probably the best. Vegan noodle soup was fresh and broth was tasty. Chicken noodle soup had an amazing broth too but had some bad chicken in it. Else it would be a 5 for me.

::Everything about this place is great, I'm glad I found Les Noo'dle. This is a spot I will keep in mind when I'm in Montrose and want a bite to eat! Only caveat is that they don't have chili oil for whatever reason. Owners: if you add hot chili oil to your inventory I'll follow up this review with 5 stars. Thanks!

::The pho here is so good! Also the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is laid back. I love that they’re super authentic. Definitely come here. Also, for vegetarians and vegans they have some of the best vegan pho I have ever tasted anywhere.

::If you haven’t been to the new concept, LES NOO’DLE, check it out. The pho is so good and the spicy cucumber dish is so refreshing. I like that I can get zucchini noodles as well. The Vietnamese Coffee is one of my favorites in town. Always creative dishes with a great presentation!

::Great little spot if you get the parking for it. We had the beef and vegan pho: both done superbly, though I have to say I'm partial to the vegan. Great portion, great quality. The alcoholic drinks might be a little more like soda than a mixed drink, but overall definitely recommend paying a visit
