::Drag fresh meat for rice dish with noodle wide side. Great fish sauce for tasty dipping and dripping off side of plate. Nice tough touch with board grain rice plate.

::Came in to inquire about party trays and bulk options. It was quiet as it was mid-afternoon on a Wednesday. A very pleasant and friendly man at the counter greeted me as I walked in. The settings is a bit unusual. At first I thought the counter was a bar. Behind him is a dividing partition that separates the counter from the dining room. The man at the counter even gave me an imperial roll to try. I did not buy from them this time but I will definitely consider them for my future catering needs. They also have a downtown location.

::Food is good. Sandwiches need more meat, seemed like I was eating a veggie sandwich. Restrooms need attention!!! No napkins to dry hands, out of order toilets, dirty, no baby changing station and doors won't lock. Cooks and servers need 2 wear gloves!

::Not to be confused with Les Givral's in downtown/midtown, they are definitely not related. This particular restaurant has an interesting set up where you order your food at the bar and then you go seat yourself and wait for your food to come out. The person taking our order was friendly and assisted us with the ordering process. Let me start off by saying that the place is spacious. They've got tons of seating. However, they need to tidy up a bit especially around the drink station area. It was a little dirty and some of the tables needed some cleaning up as well. As for the food, it's decent and good. Not the best, but it'll do. I ordered the Pho and the fresh bean sprouts and greens they normally give you was a little lacking. It was definitely not a generous portion and it didn't look as fresh as it could have been. Some of the sprouts and mint and cilantro were wilted and soggy looking. Other than that, the broth and chicken in my pho were fairly decent. They really do need to up their game a bit if they want to get some of the customers from their more busier neighbors.
