  Been getting glasses hear for over 10 years place is great. Staff always friendly. Glasses are usually always there on time with the occasional mishap but 1 mishap out of 10 times is worth it. Great choice selection usually have deals going on. Enough said

  The optometrist is great. We got ray ban frames on sale and lenses half price. In an hour. We're very happy with LensCrafters Irvine marketplace.

  Saw a lot of negative reviews so felt I had to comment. The optometrist I saw was great. I require glasses with a prism and she spent additional time assisting me and educating me more on the condition and even corrected my glasses that had been wrong for many years. I came in as a walk in and saw the doctor pretty quickly (30 min wait) but shopped for frames during the wait. With regards to the staff, they were also great in assisting me. I had gone to the location assuming my insurance would cover but it didn't bit cover the eye exam. They were able to discount my glasses instead to help offset the cost as I did make several purchases for frames and lens for both regular and sun glasses. Overall the place was great and very helpful!

  first time in 25 years that I have ever had an Optometrist get my prescription WRONG! I has begged the girl ordering my trial pair to try to get them before I went on vacation the following week, and 2 weeks later I found out that they had never even been ordered! they sent me home with lenses that are NOT EVEN MY RX! Then the guy helping me this time had the audacity to give me crap for not ordering my contacts through them? YA RIGHT! NEVER GOING BACK THERE
