  The best experience I’ve ever had going to the eye doctor! I’ve worn glasses for nearly 30yrs and this is the first time where I received complete kind and considerate care throughout my visit. From the courteous, friendly and educated staff, to the extremely knowledgeable doctor transparently explaining each procedure; all helping me understand each options, tests and steps along the way. I’m totally making this my new home for eye care! 🧐🤓😎🤗🎉

  Had an incredible experience today with Dr Lam. Highly recommended. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Excellent customer service!

  I have been going to Dr Carter for a long time. She is very polite, professional and explains everything as she goes. I highly recommend her. Dr Lam is great too. This location is the best there is around.

  All the employees at this location were exceptional. They are the great customer service of yesteryear! We used to just expect this friendliness and product knowledge but most places no longer know what that is. Here I received a warm welcome and amazing service. The eye exam was so thorough and i love my new glasses and I got them the same day!

  I purchased 2 pairs of glasses, one prescription clear glasses, and the other prescription sunglasses. I had to visit couple time when I got my eyeglasses as the first time, due to my high astigmatism, the right side was slightly blurry. But they were very apologetic, and I don't blame them for the issue. The astigmatism correction for the second time was 0.5 increment, which for most low astigmatism users don't even matter. Regardless, they had shown great care, apology, and replaced both pairs with new ones. Hector helped me with everything. I have to say out loud, he took great care for my need as a customer. I don't understand how there are so many negative reviews, but I felt cared for.
