::I moved out last month and the service from management office was disappointing. At the end of the move out, they send you an invoice showing you what they'll deduct from your deposit before sending out a deposit. They were completely indifferent when I had questions about several confusing charges. They did answer the first email. But when I sent a follow up email asking questions about things I didn't believe that the assistant manager answered, I got no response. They just decided I wasn't worth talking to, I guess. Keep the receipt for every payment you made to them if you live here because they will not hesitate to try to keep all of your deposit.

::I've lived here for about 4 years now and I love this place. In my opinion, it's the best building in the area. Management is great. Adriana, in my opinion, is a great Property Manager. The Leasing Team is very helpful, especially Jenna. The indoor pool does have "awkward" hours, but it's an indoor and it's open year round, so why complain? It works. The gym may be small, but it's free and the machines are never broken. It's extremely cheap visitor parking as well and I believe the first hour is free. You won't find that anywhere else in the area. And as far as I can remember (referring to a previous review posted by someone) there has always been a fee for leaving large furniture in the trash area, and that's pretty much every other building's rule in this area as well. My only concern is that I wish the party room upstairs was open later. Other properties have 24 hour party room access, while this one I believes closes before midnight.

::Okay albeit slowly decaying building (has an indoor pool/spa with limited hours, okay gym, nice sauna, nice party room, decent sun deck) with AWFUL management. If you move here you better pray to your favorite deity that nothing ever breaks and you never have to interact with the management office in ANY way. The second either of these things occur, you'll want to flee this place like the horrible sinking ship it truly is. After living here for nearly 8 years, I can't figure out whether the current management is malicious or simply THAT incompetent. The office is closed on weekends now so if anything occurs (such as my sewage filled sink), your only recourse is to beg the contract security guard at the front desk to call maintenance. They may or may not ever respond, and almost certainly won't do so in a timely manner. The front desk (as of fall 2017) has also been instructed to NEVER give you the property manager's personal number under any circumstances so you better hope things only happen during the week while the office is open. On weekends, you're basically on your own. There are other issues here as well, elevators used to work well but now are constantly broken. One elevator was broken for weeks and in fact one morning ALL of them were out of service without any notice or warning to residents who were left giving up and heading down many flights of stairs. Getting packages here is a crapshoot at best, as packages seemingly disappear and reappear randomly and are seldom if ever accurately recorded in the log. Even if they recorded, their online notification system is semi-functional at best. Many times I was randomly given a package days or a couple weeks after it was supposedly never entered into the system and therefore didn't exist. Want to order delivery food? You better check what their "policy" is that day as it seemingly changes by the minute. One day they suddenly decided the front desk must call and speak to all residents before delivery people are allowed up and that "has always been the policy" even though it never existed in the 6 years I lived there to that point. After a big show of this policy for a few days, it once again seemingly disappeared. So now nobody knows whether delivery drivers will be allowed up or not on a given day. Be aware as well that random amenities (such as free visitor parking) will disappear abruptly during the term of your lease with no corresponding reduction in rent while random fees such as $5 a month garbage fee suddenly appear out of thin air and are assessed without being mentioned in your lease. Finally had enough and ready to leave this place? The "amenity" of throwing away items in the dumpster has been eliminated as well and replaced with yet another fee. Without prior notice or a change in their lease, residents were suddenly told that any furniture or other large items left in the dumpster area or elsewhere in the loading dock will be assessed a $375 fee per item. Instead it was suggested that we donate the items or break them down and put them in the recycling bin (even if not recyclable) or throw them down the chute piece by piece. Terminating your lease is an ordeal as well due to management's continual incompetence. At the walk through, they initially tried to charge me for water damage (to the 18th floor) caused by their bungled response to Hurricane Sandy several years ago. When I moved to this building in 2010, it was an excellent building with management who tried to take care of their residents and do the right thing. Now, this is a sinking ship with management that is deceitful to their residents and tries to squeeze every last cent from them at every opportunity. I won't say don't ever live here, that's your choice. However, if you're considering this place be sure and ask them what happens if you have any after hours maintenance issues and why you can't call the property manager directly with any issues.
