  It took way too long to make our subs, and it wasn’t busy at all. It was also fully staffed. I will think twice or make sure I have plenty of time to wait next time I go to this Lenny’s. 👎🏼

  While I am a huge fan of Lenny's, this particular location has the absolutely worst service. Period. Paragraph. Every single time (EVERY! SINGLE! TIME!) I visit this location, my order is wrong. On TWO (!!!) separate occasions, my order has been sent out the door with an entirely different customer in error! 😮 When I request (seriously, every single time) that my order be prepared correctly, the staff are rude and sass back to me what they THINK my order was, despite my ticket clearly stating precisely what it was. Oh yes, my ticket is always correct. So... somehow between blunt hits, the brainaics in the kitchen are misreading the orders. Catastrophe. 🤦‍♀️

  The food is ALWAYS good,but as far as calling in an order DONT WASTE YOUR TIME👎🏽 The bulk of the staff is outside smoking🚭 #Their nice tho',just obviously under the influence🙃

  Ordered meatball sub. Others ordered same thing after me got their meatball subs. I ended up waiting 30mins. Pretty sure they gave mine away and forgot about me.

  I had a great sandwich here. The service was a little slower than I would have expected but the food was great. Got a philly cheese steak here and it was really good. The steak was good and there was plenty of cheese as well. Good selection of chips and their cookies are pretty good as well.
