  I had the joy of attending one of Lena's workshops at Serenbe on "Awakening Your Inner Mindful Healer". It was one of the most beautiful, intentional and well-presented workshops I have ever been to. Lena offered thoroughly researched teachings and practices from ancient philosophies of both east and west, while maintaining a foundation rooted in psychotherapy and science. It was apparent that Lena not only offers guidance, but cultivates consistent mindfulness meditation practices of her own. I left her workshop rejuvenated, inspired and with the tools to cultivate my own daily mindfulness practices. I highly recommend participating in one of her workshops! - Grateful

  Extremely unprofessional and did nothing to help my child - but was more than happy to continue taking his money while she assured to help him. No real knowledge of psychology or therapy practice, and offered no help whatsoever. Do not waste your money.
