  We came on a Sunday around 12:30pm thinking we would be in the 2nd seating of the day, since there is the "at opening" crowd before noon. It was very packed. (Note: there is a queue both inside and outside of the restaurant) We noted lots of families and friends gathering here so I was reassured that we would not be disappointed. The greeter estimated a 20 minute wait. Actual wait was double that estimate. However, the food was very good. The fried items were crisp and light and did not leave big oil stains on the paper cup/plate. The taro puff had a nice inside filling: taro ratio. The sesame mochi eaten later that afternoon was not greasy either. The steamed items were prepared well. The lotus leaf sticky rice at other restaurants might be a large square with lots of mochi rice and a layer of filling. This one had nice pieces of meat and mushroom inside 3 smaller leaf wraps, which perfumed the rice and delivered a satisfying filling to outside starch ratio. The rice rolls and siu mai all included generous amounts of filling/meat. At other dim sum places one is left with the impression that they are eating sparsely decorated chewy rice rolls. The shrimp/chive dumpling filling was very tasty. The dumpling skin was thicker than we usually like to eat so you could fine a few empty shells left on our small plates. I'm impressed that this place can keep its high standard for 15+ years. We used to come here when our kids were in elementary school and taking piano and swim classes nearby. Now our young adult children say they don't remember this place but enjoyed the dim sum and will be back. For the reliability as a good dim sum venue I give the food 4.5 stars. Ambience=5. Service=3.

  A solid place for Chinese food in the area. From the photos and reviews, it seems like this place is known for their dim sum option but we came for dinner on a Tuesday. We got the braised pork, salt and pepper pork, egg soup and tofu mushroom dish. Everything was very tasty. Portions are nicely sized. Parking is very easy with a big lot. Service is fine. Servers are friendly. Overall: Will return for Chinese food. A good place to bring family since its clean and spacious.

  This was our second time here…the first time was Christmas before Covid. The food is good. Service was quick. Prices are reasonable. Selection was good. Parking is on the street. I miss selecting from the carts but this was a good alternative.

  1STAR… down from a 4STAR! (+) Dim Sum used to be GOOD here with FAIR PRICING. (+) Customer Service used to be courteous n humble here too! NOW 2022 (-) Dim Sum tastes average or mediocre, n PRICING IS TOO HIGH (>$6, 8, 10 per plate!) (-) Be warned that CHEF’S SPECIALS are NOTHING like the pictures on the Menu! (-) LACKING presentation or plating in any dishes (-) OVER $30, 40, 50 per person n you are STILL HUNGRY! (-) Service was BAD n RUDE with ATTITUDES n ARROGANT! When we inquired the waiter about the LACKING ingredients in our CHEF’S SPECIAL DISHES, they responded with DENOUNCING N HAUGHTY remarks like “THAT’S THE WAY IT IS!” n “THE PICTURES ON THE MENU ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY! THEY DO NOT APPLY HERE!” Their PERSISTENT N ARROGANT TONES were VERY DEGRADING, which made us VERY uncomfortable n disappointing! They sounded like we were BEGGING FOR MORE FOOD! We paid n left without finishing our meals. A GOOD restaurant is about FINE foods. But MORE IMPORTANT, it’s about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES! WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, fine foods are worthless n undesirable!

  Came for dinner and enjoyed their Jasmine Tea, Mongolian Beef, Salt & Pepper Pork, Lei Vermacelli. Their fish in chili sauce needed more flavor. The service was excellent! Their bathrooms were very clean. Like extra clean. Lots of space between tables. They had lots of sanitizers everywhere. At the end instead of fortune cookies, they have our kids some sesame ball treat!
